Terms & Conditions
General ordering, manufacturing, and payment terms for schoolwear and custom garments.
1. Ordering and Quotations
All orders begin with a written enquiry detailing quantities, sizes, colours, and embroidery requirements. Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue and are subject to fabric and trim availability.
2. Sample Approvals
Where requested or required, a pre-production sample will be produced for customer inspection and written sign-off before full-scale manufacturing commences.
3. Deposit and Payment
A 50% deposit is required upon quotation approval to secure materials and schedule production. The remaining balance (50%) is strictly payable upon completion and prior to collection or dispatch.
4. Collection and Delivery
Orders may be collected from our premises at 3 on 22 Erasmus Street, Ladybrand. Delivery arrangements and associated freight charges should be confirmed at the time of quotation.
